My name is June Billham and I would like to introduce myself to you, I am the Theatrical Agent attached to the Barbara Speake Stage School.
Along with my partners we will be opening a part time school in January 2013 at the Trafalgar School in Twickenham.

The Barbara Speake Performing Arts Part Time School, is a sister company of the prestigious full time Barbara Speake Stage School, situated in West London. ​

The full time school was founded over 67 years ago by Lady Barbara Speake and partner June Collins, the Mother of singing megastar Phil. ​ The full time school is an academic institution specialising in the Performing Arts, who have over the years gone on to produce both national and international stars such as: Phil Collins, Jack Wild, Brian Conley, Naomi Campbell, Kwami Kwei Armah and Aml Ameen to name but a few. 

We have now decided that the time is right to pass on our years of expertise and experience to those students who want to take part in the Performing Arts, but on a Part Time basis. Not only will this help children to grow and develop, but it will also boost their self esteem and confidence, something, they can take with them, their whole life through. 

Our part time performing arts centres will offer three hours of fun training , divided in to three, one hour sessions of Singing Dancing and Drama, for students between 4 - 16 years of age​.

These sessions will be taught by Industry professionals to ensure that the children receive the best training..

There is also the possibility for the children to be represented by the Agency with the opportunity of taking part in professional TV, Film and Theatre Productions.
Recent work include Cartoonito, Carousel, The Wizard Of Oz, NSPCC, Cancer Research, Disney Channel,Tesco, DFS.

Before we get in to the festive spirit and the joy of checking out some of our latest castings we would like to remind all of those people that have not yet added their photo to their Profile Pages to do so NOW!!

Our Christmas present to you is to bring you more opportunities.  In 2013 we will be working very closely with other casting directors and agents, therefore it is important that you have completed your profile page with a current photo.  Those that have, will be submitted for major 'Film Extras' work. Don't miss out. Even if you have only signed up for the FREE option you will still qualify.

How it works: 
First, we will ask you, in the Casting Description, if you would like to be submitted for the Extras role.  Only those with a completed profile page that includes photos, details and experience will be forwarded.  Then we will pass on your Profile Page URL to our sister casting agents. You will not be charged for this but you will be included on their 'Extras' roster.  If you are successful and chosen for work they will inform you and agree a payment with you. They will then deduct their agency fee before forwarding the balance payment to you.  
To increase your chances, be sure that you have at least one professional head shot and one professional full length photo.  Snap shots and amateur photos will be ignored and your application not taken seriously.

Those members who have not added their photos and completed their Profile Pages by Feb 4th 2013 will have their Profile Pages removed.

NOW.. We would also like to say congratulations to actress Jenna-Louise Coleman.  Look out for her this Christmas in the Dr Who Christmas special, she will be replacing Karen Gillan as the doctor's new  sidekick.
